My Professional Background

I was an active member of NAR (National Association of REALTOR's) from Jan 2004 until Dec 2010.  Prior to this for 21 years I worked in customer service holding different positions with the Maine Army National Guard.  Some of these were as a Unit Clerk, Supply Sergeant, Recruiter, Guidance Counselor and Chaplain's Assistant.  I retired with the rank of Sergeant First Class in 2004.  In the military, customer service was vitally important in keeping morale high and the unit going.  Realizing how important customer service was I decided to find an occupation where I can truly help people realize their dreams, and play an active role in accomplishing those.  I worked in real estate for 7 years and when the market crashed I turned in my license and started up with a company called Send Out Cards.
